CRAFTING STORIES IN WOOD
Shailna and Anish both discovered their passion for making things while studying Architecture in design school. With access to a simple woodshed on campus, they began experimenting with wood, free from the pressure of creating perfect outcomes.

By 2018, when they decided to invest in their studio, they were faced with countless questions about wood types, tools, vendors, and how to plan purchases on a limited budget, with very little guidance available. They started small, making mistakes along the way but learning from every project

Their journey involved experimenting with different techniques and tools, from wood joinery and safe power tool usage to whittling, relief carving, and spoon carving. Over time, their dedication and practice deepened their understanding of the material. Now, they’re excited to share that knowledge and help aspiring woodworkers through curated workshops and courses.
